Each year 3 amazing women are chosen to form the Soleil Squad as ambassadors of the BIC Soleil brand - which embodies the values of confidence, youth, spirit, and fun. The Soleil Squad are those who celebrate their individuality and self-expression, who want to be an inspiration to others, and are passionate about uplifting other young people. Meet this year’s Squad:
Yonela Makalima hails from a small town in the Eastern Cape. As a young professional, she has put a lot of effort into scaling her thinking to allow herself to grow into her full potential. Yonela’s wish is to continue this beautiful journey of growth and bring others along the way so that they too can step into their full potential without any limitations, and have fun while doing it!
Lerato Ndlovu characterises herself as someone who always stays true to her authentic self. She believes that when we love and know ourselves, we’re in a better position to love others. For her, self-care and love are what BIC Soleil’s brand message is ultimately about - taking care of the little details as a gesture of love.
Savannah Raine Taylor believes in uplifting and encouraging support amongst the youth. She thinks that we should all take the time to imagine what the world would be like if we just celebrated, uplifted and supported each other and do our part towards that vision. She believes that, through working together, we have the ability change the lives of people in South Africa.
